Start with the information you have
You may not know every detail of a property when you first find it in the field. A prospect record helps you save the opportunity and complete the information later. Map and neighborhood scanning features support this field work with location context.
Keep the property type, sale or rental status, area, floor space and other details current. Updated photos and descriptions help reduce conflicting information about the same property.
Review the property against the buyer’s requirements
Compare the buyer’s budget and criteria with the listing. A suggested match does not establish that every requirement is met. The agent still needs to check the price, location and physical details.
Use current listing information and photos when preparing a client presentation. Location Radar and approximate Price Valuation are separate decision-support features. They do not replace an official appraisal or checks of the property’s legal status.
Keep sales steps visible
Offers, responses, bank processes and title-deed steps can progress on different dates. Keeping them attached to the listing helps make pending issues and the next action visible.
- Update the listing’s price and status.
- Record the outcome of the conversation with the relevant buyer.
- Create a follow-up for the next call, viewing or sales step.
- When the transaction is complete, update its status and review office visibility.
Choose the intended sharing scope
Keeping a listing private, sharing it with the office, or sharing it with connections or a selected group are different choices. Review visibility and information before sharing. Available options may depend on your role and feature access.
Common questions
Can I track both sale and rental listings?
Yes. EmlakDiyo supports records, photos and status tracking for sale and rental properties.
Does adding a listing make it public?
Creating a portfolio record is not the same as publishing a public property advertisement. Choose visibility and sharing according to the purpose of the record.
Is approximate valuation an official appraisal?
No. Price Valuation and Location Radar provide approximate decision support. Official appraisal, title, zoning and other legal checks must be handled separately.
