1. INTRODUCTION
EmlakDiyo ("App", "we") is a mobile CRM for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected. By using the App, you accept this Policy.

3. DATA WE COLLECT
3.1. Account and profile
- Name, email, phone
- Profile photo
- Office / company details and role (user, admin, superadmin)
- Authorization / TTBS-related information when required

3.2. Business data you enter
- Listings, photos, location / address data
- Contacts (buyers / sellers / candidates) and notes
- Appointments, reminders, tasks, and follow-ups
- Sale-chain / portfolio tracking steps
- Office invites and team management data
- Social / network posts (listing or request shares and interactions)
- Contract / document content where the feature is used

3.3. Technical and device data
- Device and app version
- Authentication / session data
- Push notification device tokens (if you allow notifications)
- Crash and performance logs
- IP and similar technical logs via infrastructure providers

3.4. Location
Location may be used for listing or location-based features when you grant permission.

4. PURPOSES
- Account creation, sign-in, and office membership
- Portfolio, contacts, appointments, tracking, and team features
- Notifications and reminders
- Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance
- Service improvement and bug fixing
- Subscription / payment processing via app stores

5. LEGAL BASES
We process data to perform a contract, for legitimate interests, with consent where required, and to meet legal obligations.

6. SHARING
We do not sell your data. We may share data:
- When required by law or authorities
- With infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase for database, auth, storage; Apple / Google for distribution and subscriptions)
- With authorized users in your office (office sharing / pool / team features, based on role)
- With your explicit consent

Third-party providers have their own privacy policies.

7. RETENTION
- While your account is active, data is kept as needed to provide the service.
- After account or content deletion requests, soft-delete / archive and later permanent deletion may apply (e.g. deleted listings may be purged after a retention period).
- Legal retention duties remain reserved.

8. SECURITY
We use encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. Absolute security over the internet cannot be guaranteed; report suspicious access to us.

9. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law (including Turkish KVKK where applicable):
- Access and information
- Correction and deletion
- Objection / restriction
- Data portability where applicable
- Withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based

10. CHILDREN
The App is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. Appropriate safeguards are sought.

12. CHANGES
We may update this Policy. Material changes may be announced in-app or by email. The current text is available via the in-app “Privacy Policy” link.

13. LANGUAGE
Turkish and English versions are published together. In case of conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
