Delete account
Follow the steps below to delete your EmlakDiyo account and related data. This action cannot be undone.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the EmlakDiyo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Enter your account password in the confirmation dialog.
- When deletion finishes, you are signed out and cannot sign in again.
What is deleted?
- Your account and profile information
- Contacts (buyers / sellers) you created
- Reminders and tasks you created
- If you are the office owner (solo / owner), office subscription and office data are also deleted
Important notes
- If you are an office member (not the owner), other users’ portfolios in the office may be kept; only your account and your own contacts/data are deleted.
- Cancel App Store / Google Play subscriptions separately in the store subscription settings.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@emlakdiyo.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”. After identity verification we will delete your account.
