More than a phone number
A buyer’s budget, preferred area and property requirements matter as much as their phone number. For a seller, the relevant listing, price discussion and next call date may be the priority. EmlakDiyo keeps buyers, sellers and prospects with categories, labels and conversation notes.
You can import selected contacts from your device with permission. After a conversation, add a short note and a follow-up so that you can continue from where you left off when the person calls again.
From buyer request to appointment
Use a consistent workflow to connect a new request with suitable listings. A suggested match is a starting point for the agent’s assessment; it does not mean the buyer has made a purchase decision.
- Record the buyer’s budget, area and property requirements.
- Review matching listings and check their current details and status.
- Save the result of the conversation and create the next call or viewing follow-up.
- Add the appointment to the calendar and review today’s work and overdue follow-ups.
Individual agents and office teams
For an individual agent, the priority is an organized view of their own contacts and work. An office also needs team roles, shared listing visibility and management reports. Joining an office does not grant access to every record; visibility depends on roles and permissions.
Use the mobile app for field records and follow-ups, and the web panel for office work that benefits from a larger workspace. Available features depend on platform, subscription plan and office permissions.
Common questions
Is EmlakDiyo a property advertising portal?
EmlakDiyo focuses on an agent’s listings, contacts and daily work. Adding a property to the CRM does not automatically publish it on external property portals.
Do I have to import my entire address book?
No. Address-book access requires permission, and you can select the contacts you want to import.
Are both mobile apps and a web panel available?
EmlakDiyo offers iOS and Android apps and a web panel. Feature access can vary by subscription, platform and office permissions.
