Which CBRT index region covers my province?
Choose a province to see the geographic coverage of its housing price and new-tenant rent indices. Balıkesir is selected as an example.
Balıkesir · Çanakkale
Balıkesir shares this index with the provinces listed above. Describe a change as a regional trend, not a province-only price change.
TurkStat sales counts can be read separately for Balıkesir. Provincial unit price/rent values require a sufficient sample and have their own period.

Observation period and last check are different dates
EmlakDiyo’s existing market integration checks for new releases daily. A successful check today does not mean that a figure describes today’s market. Read the observation period and source status in the panel.
Record the indicator, geography, observation period and comparison period before discussing it with a client. Monthly indices and quarterly unit values should not be presented as if they describe the same period.

An example client conversation
Suppose a seller in Balıkesir wants to raise an asking price by the regional index increase. You could explain: “This index covers Balıkesir and Çanakkale together. It helps us discuss the regional trend. Let’s also compare similar nearby properties before reviewing your asking price.”
This is an illustrative conversation, not a current price or investment recommendation. Save the context against the listing and create a follow-up in EmlakDiyo to connect market information with client work.

Common questions
Where can I find the index for my province?
Use the province finder to identify its CBRT publication region. A result covering several provinces is not an individual provincial index. Follow the official CBRT source for numerical observations.
Does this page show live prices or sales counts?
This page explains scope and indicator choice. Use official releases or your authorized EmlakDiyo market panel for numerical data, and check each figure’s period.
Does EmlakDiyo combine TurkStat and CBRT data?
The existing office panel brings together regional price/rent indices and provincial sales, including total, first-hand and second-hand sales. Unit price/rent series are considered separately, with their own periods, when available from the source.
